Biography
Mrs. Cindy Herbert has served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Bank since August 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of the West Indies Cavehill Campus, a Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School and a Master of Law degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of London. Mrs. Herbert has over 10 years’ experience as an Attorney-at-Law in St. Christopher and Nevis and Grenada collectively and is a Notary Public in St. Christopher and Nevis. In May 2017, she was awarded the designation of Chartered Director by the Caribbean Governance Training Institute.
