How do I activate my new card?
Call the activation number on the sticker on the front of the card, or visit any branch with your photo ID.
What's my credit limit?
Credit limits are set based on your income and credit history at the time of approval. To request a limit increase, speak to a lender at any branch.
What if I lose my card abroad?
Call us immediately at +1 (869) 469-5564 (collect calls accepted from abroad). We'll block your card and arrange emergency replacement.
Can I use my card overseas?
Yes - accepted at millions of merchants and ATMs worldwide. Please notify us of your travel dates so we don't flag transactions as suspicious.
How do I view statements and pay my balance?
View statements and pay online at www.4csonline.com, or pay from your BON account via MyBON. You can also pay at any branch.
