How long does approval take?
With complete documents, most personal loans are approved within 3-5 business days. Mortgages take 2-3 weeks because of valuation and title work.
Is there a pre-payment penalty?
No. You can pay extra or pay off your loan in full at any time without penalty.
What if my application is declined?
We'll explain why and what could change the answer. You can also reapply after addressing the issue - there's no waiting period.
Can I apply if I'm a non-national?
Yes. Different documentation requirements apply (banker's reference, two years of tax returns, larger down payment for mortgages). Speak to a lender for the specifics.
Do you offer joint applications?
Yes - co-applicants and guarantors are welcome and can strengthen your application. Bring their ID and income documents when you apply.
